The 12 weeks used to be more based on the wellness inventory but I have adapted it further based on my experience to really help you dig deeper into your own associations and triggers around eating well, movement, social relationships, your beliefs and emotions etc.
Together through very seemingly simple experiments with aware breathing and other short mindfulness practices you will be able to reignite your imagination around your life to truly be at peace with you and what you have to offer the world around you. It is utilising the feedback that comes from doing these processes effectively to disentangle unhelpful connections and build constructive creative ones. This is the key to liberating your potential. It is a progressive program where we become detectives together to allow your best to shine!!
